The current builder labels this option “Roto-Ray 4000 LED Emergency Warning Light.” EFES's current product description presents the familiar three-lamp package with PAR 46 LEDs, a spur-gear drive, and a 16-gauge steel housing. After choosing the 4000, the builder moves through motor housing, three individual lamp colors, and hot-post circuit. Do not stop at the model name. The finished order code records all six selections.

The current builder labels this option “Roto-Ray 200 Sealed Beam Emergency Warning Light.” Choose it when the sealed-beam format belongs in the specification you are working from, then complete the same housing, color, and circuit steps in the online builder. If you are replacing an older unit or working from a prior apparatus build sheet, send that information to EFES so the team can confirm the current nomenclature and configuration before you order.

02Build the order code
The online builder creates the order code from six selections. Only the motor-housing selection changes the displayed price; the other choices complete the configuration. Work straight through the sequence, then review the code with EFES and the responsible apparatus builder or upfitter.

Start with Model 4000 LED or Model 200 sealed beam. This sets the model segment at the front of the order code. Confirm any model-specific technical details you need with EFES rather than carrying values over from older literature.

Choose the mount and finish together. The builder supplies apparatus recommendations for most housing families, but they are starting points. The actual cab, grille, model year, clearances, and prior modifications still need a fit review.

Select red, white, blue, green, or amber for the first lamp position. Treat the color choice as part of the complete apparatus warning-light plan, not as a stand-alone approval for a jurisdiction or operating mode.

Repeat the color decision for the remaining two positions. Recording each lamp separately supports single-color and mixed-color builds without relying on an ambiguous description such as “red and white.”

03Mounting starts with the cab
The EFES builder associates its front mount with Pierce, Sutphen, Rosenbauer, KME, and Ferrara; the pedestal bullet mount with Spartan; and the E-One front mount with E-One.
It points to a 2-inch hidden shaft through the grille for Seagrave and a 4-inch hidden shaft through the grille for Pierce and Rosenbauer. Pole-mount choices are also available without a named apparatus recommendation.
