System cases
Charging cases built for Connect units and mixed teams — a USB charge hub for five Connect users, or a hybrid case for headsets and Connect units together.
Apex Connect units charge over USB, and the people using them bring their own Bluetooth or wired headsets. A Connect case carries a USB charge hub with ports for both, which is a different problem from charging a rack of Sonetics headsets.
SON-CCC-5 is the five-user Apex Connect case: five Connect units plus five additional USB ports for the Bluetooth headsets of your choice, with a 12V power supply included. SON-CCCH-5 is the hybrid — three Sonetics wireless headsets and two Apex Connect units in one case.
Displayed prices reproduce the supplied Sonetics 2022 price list, effective July 7, 2022. EFES quotes the case with the system it belongs to, because the foam and the charging arrangement follow the exact mix of equipment. Call (800) 504-2044.

Product overview
A team that runs Apex Connect has a different charging problem from a team that runs headsets. Connect units charge over USB, and the people wearing them supply their own Bluetooth headsets or headphones — so the case has to charge two kinds of device, not one.
SON-CCC-5 is the answer for a Connect-only team. It is a waterproof Pelican charging case with a USB charge hub for five Apex Connect units plus five additional ports for the Bluetooth headsets of your choice, with a 12V power supply included. That covers the low-noise positions Sonetics designs Connect around: control rooms, heavy equipment operators, boom and bucket trucks, office environments, and trainings and certifications.
SON-CCCH-5 is the answer for a mixed team, and mixed teams are common. It carries three Sonetics wireless headsets and two Apex Connect units in one case — a mix of up to five DECT7 users covering both high- and low-noise environments, with the 12V power supply included. Manufacturing sites, control-room-plus-floor operations, and crews that pair equipment operators with people on the ground all land here.
Both are watertight Pelican cases with custom foam, so the protection is the same as the headset-only cases. The difference is entirely in what charges inside them.
See Apex Connect for the unit itself, Apex charging cases for headset-only systems, and APX377 wireless headsets for the headsets that go in a hybrid case.
What these cases do
Connect systems charge differently from headset systems. These cases are built for that rather than adapted to it.
The five-user Connect case includes a USB charge hub for five Apex Connect units plus five additional ports for the Bluetooth headsets of your choice, with a 12V power supply included.
SON-CCC-5
The hybrid case carries three Sonetics wireless headsets and two Apex Connect units — a mix of up to five DECT7 users, covering high- and low-noise positions on the same team.
SON-CCCH-5
Connect users bring their own headsets, and the extra USB ports mean those charge in the same case rather than in five different places.
Same protection as the headset cases: a watertight Pelican case with custom foam dividers, for transit and for storage.
Both cases ship with the 12V supply, so the case arrives as a working charging station rather than as a case that needs parts.
Manufacturing, control rooms, heavy equipment, boom and bucket trucks, and trainings are all environments where some people need 24dB protection and some do not. The hybrid case is for exactly that.

Because Connect units charge over USB and the people using them supply their own Bluetooth headsets, which also need charging. The Connect cases include a USB charge hub with ports for both; a headset charging case is wired for Sonetics headsets.
If everyone on the team is a Connect user, SON-CCC-5 — five Connect units plus five USB ports for their headsets. If the team mixes people in the noise with people who are not, SON-CCCH-5 carries three Sonetics wireless headsets and two Connect units in one case.
Tell us the actual mix. The published hybrid case is three and two, but the right answer for an unusual split may be two cases or a different configuration — that is a conversation rather than a part number, and we would rather have it before you order.
The five-user Connect case includes five additional USB ports for the Bluetooth headsets of your choice, so in most cases yes. Send us the headsets your people actually carry and we will confirm before you rely on it.
Yes — a waterproof Pelican case with custom foam dividers. The difference between these and the headset cases is entirely in what charges inside them.
