Which hub+
SCH305 is the five-user hub and SCH310 the ten-user. SCH305-BT adds Bluetooth to the five-user hub, and SCH310T adds a tether port to the ten-user hub. The hub itself will carry up to 15 Apex 3-Series headsets, so the model names describe the packaged system rather than a hard radio limit.
Radio and range+
Connect an optional portable two-way radio to talk to off-site crew or supervisors, and split push-to-talk lets a user transmit over a ComHub-connected radio or one direct-wired to the headset. Range is up to 1,600 feet line-of-sight, across up to five channels.

Product overview
A ComHub is a Sonetics wireless base station that runs on its own battery and travels to the work. It ships in a high-visibility nylon carry bag with a shoulder strap and a detachable hanger hook, so it moves with the crew and hangs where the work is instead of sitting in a truck at the edge of the site.
Capacity is the number that surprises people: the ComHub connects up to 15 Apex 3-Series wireless headsets for hands-free team communication up to 1,600 feet line-of-sight. It runs up to five channels, so several small work teams operate in the same area without crossing conversations, and broadcast mode puts up to 100 Apex headsets in listen-only for training or tours.
Battery life is 24 hours on a four-hour charge, which is a full shift with a top-up that fits inside a lunch break. DECT digital encryption keeps the conversation private, which matters more on some sites than others but costs nothing to have.
The radio integration is the part that makes it a work system rather than a talk system. Connect an optional portable two-way radio to the ComHub and team members key it from their headsets, reaching off-site crew or supervisors. An APX379 or APX377 headset also pairs simultaneously with up to four SON150 wireless base stations, so a portable system and an installed one are not mutually exclusive.
Systems ship in Apex charging cases, are built from APX377 or APX379 headsets, and can include Apex Connect positions for people who are not in the noise.
