Why it is not an accessory+
The Pelican case has a built-in wiring harness, so all wireless components charge through one connection. A system with no single charging point is a system with two flat headsets in it, and the crew finds out at the start of a call rather than the end of one.

Product overview
The case is the least interesting part of a FIRECOM portable system and the one that decides whether it works at 3 a.m. FIRECOM builds it as part of the system rather than as packaging: the ComHub and the headsets are enclosed in a waterproof Pelican charging case for easy transportation and storage, and a built-in wiring harness charges every wireless component through one convenient connection.
That single connection is the whole point. Systems where each headset has its own charger are systems where somebody forgets one, and the failure shows up on a call rather than in the bay. One plug, one place, everything charged.
Four cases cover four system shapes. FRC-CC3, FRC-CC5, and FRC-CC10 are the three-, five-, and ten-user cases for 500-Series systems, listing at $895, $1,095, and $1,495. FRC-CCCH-5 is the hybrid at $1,095 — it charges two Firecom Connect units alongside three FIRECOM headsets, which is what a crew that mixes full headsets with Connect positions actually needs.

The ComHub and the headsets are enclosed in a waterproof Pelican charging case for easy transportation and storage, which is where most damage to a portable system actually happens.

Before you request a quote
You can, and it is the most common reason a portable system is not ready when it is needed. The case charges every wireless component through one connection; individual chargers mean one headset eventually gets missed. The case is also what makes the system waterproof in transport and storage.
Match it to the system: FRC-CC3, FRC-CC5, and FRC-CC10 for three-, five-, and ten-user 500-Series systems. If the crew mixes headsets with Firecom Connect units, FRC-CCCH-5 is the hybrid — two Connect units and three headsets.
The case's harness is built to charge the wireless components of the system. Tell us which hub you are running alongside it and we will confirm exactly what charges in the case and what needs its own supply before you order — the ComHub power supply, 114-0146-00, is a separate part number.
Yes. Tell us the headset models and the count, and whether there are Firecom Connect units in the system. The foam is cut for specific equipment, so the model numbers matter more than the user count when matching a case to a system already in service.
If the system never leaves the rig and charges on a mounted supply, probably not. The case earns its price on systems that travel — training, extrication, brush, mutual aid — where it is both the charging point and the protection.
