Which hub+
SCH305.V2 connects five FIRECOM wireless headsets; SCH310.V2 is the ten-user hub. SCH305-BT.V2 adds Bluetooth to the five-user hub, and SCH310T.V2 adds a tethered port to the ten-user hub, which is how coverage gets extended past a single hub's reach.

The ComHub interfaces with virtually any two-way radio using a FIRECOM portable radio adapter cable. Split push-to-talk lets a user transmit over either an intercom-connected radio or a direct-wire portable radio from the headset, so the fireground channel and dispatch can be monitored at the same time.

Product overview
A ComHub is a FIRECOM wireless base station that runs on its own battery and travels to the work. It is the answer for everything that happens away from the cab: extrications, brush and wildland assignments, training scenarios, scene assessments, and any operation where the people who need to hear each other are spread out and standing in noise.
SCH305.V2 and SCH310.V2 are portable, battery-powered wireless base stations that connect FIRECOM wireless headsets in full duplex, with no buttons to push. The five-user hub lists at $2,595 and the ten-user hub at $3,395. Two variants exist for specific problems: SCH305-BT.V2 adds Bluetooth at $2,750, and SCH310T.V2 adds a tethered port at $3,625 for crews that have to cover more ground than one hub reaches.
Split push-to-talk is the feature that makes it a fireground tool rather than a crew intercom. A firefighter transmits over either an intercom-connected radio or a direct-wire portable radio right from the headset, which means fireground and dispatch communications are both monitored from one position instead of one person carrying two radios.
The hub is half the package. Headsets come from the 507, 505, and 503 pages, and the 500-Series charging cases are what keep the system ready. Firecom Connect brings a third-party headset into the same team.

Five or ten users
The five-user hub covers a working crew; the ten-user hub covers a scene. Buy for the largest crew the hub will actually have to carry, because the difference is a hub swap rather than an upgrade.

Carried and hung, not mounted
A ComHub bag assembly with a coated hanger hook lets the hub be carried on a shoulder strap and hung where the work is, rather than left in a truck at the edge of the scene.

Before you request a quote
Power and mounting. The WB505R.V2 is wired into an apparatus and connects to a 5x00D intercom. The ComHub is battery-operated and portable — same full-duplex wireless crew, but it goes in a bag, hangs on a hook, and comes back to a case to charge. Departments that need both usually buy both.
Buy for the largest crew the hub will actually carry. Moving from five to ten later means buying a second hub, not upgrading the first. If the crew size genuinely varies, the SCH310T.V2's tethered port is the flexible answer.
