The ComHub interfaces with mobile and portable radios. Range is up to 1,600 feet with an unbroken line of sight to the ComHub. Actual range may vary due to site conditions and obstructions.

The ComHub stores the Wireless Base Station in a portable, battery-operated, weatherproof case, so you can carry it around the scene with you. It is built for the work away from the apparatus: confined space rescues, car extrication where the jaws are loud and you need to talk to each other, training exercises, and wildland trucks or fire boats where installation isn't an option.
The SCH305.V2 and SCH310.V2 DECT7 Wireless ComHubs connect Firecom wireless headsets in full-duplex communication, like a conference call, with up to 1,600 feet of range (line of sight). No buttons to push and no waiting your turn to speak. The 5-user SCH305.V2 lists at $2,595 and the 10-user SCH310.V2 at $3,395. SCH305-BT.V2 adds Bluetooth at $2,750, and SCH310T.V2 adds a tether port at $3,625.
Remotely activate radio PTT or select from two channels with the headset ear muff controls. The ComHub also interfaces with mobile and portable radios, linking your crew to dispatch and command. For training, broadcast mode supports up to 80 users. Instructors talk hands-free, and students use push-to-talk.

The difference is power and mounting. The WB505R.V2 is installed in the apparatus and connects to a 5000D Series Digital Intercom. The ComHub is battery-operated and portable, so you can pick it up and carry it around the scene.
The SCH305.V2 connects up to five Firecom wireless headsets, and the SCH310.V2 connects up to ten. To link multiple teams, tether several ComHubs; the SCH310T.V2 adds the tether port.
